It’s normal for sensitive gums to hurt when you first start flossing. This is normal and will likely go away after a couple of days of flossing. When flossing, make sure to move the floss up and down the entire tooth. Don’t overlook narrow gaps; they’re one of the most crucial locations to floss because your toothbrush won’t get to them.
4- Keep a healthy diet.
You should avoid sweetened foods (such as pop, sports drinks, and sweets) and calcium-rich meals to promote strong and healthy teeth. Your body will also reward you as a bonus!
