Human Resources Manager

Trust Dental Care’s Human Resources team offers a unique and exciting opportunity for a certified Human Resources Manager to make an impact.
We are searching for someone with the experience necessary to help create, implement, and evaluate systems that increase productivity within our organization and move it toward success. As a Human Resources Manager, you will act as head of personnel administration, develop strategies to improve employee performance and maintain a balanced recruiting process.
As the go-to person for human resources management, you will have the chance to demonstrate your insight into hospitality artwork by tracking applications within our system. Also, you will take action on our recruitment and performance management process, enabling us to outperform competitors in quality and efficiency.
At Trust Dental Care, you will be in charge of aligning the hospitality in the human resources department within the organization. You will be required to create systems that direct the company’s needs and identify behaviors among personnel to ensure rapid results and sustainable success. Furthermore, you will collaborate with department leaders to develop and execute both long-term and short-term business plans and special projects, giving your input and insight on any challenges that may come along the way. Daily duties may include activities like managing performance evaluations, interviewing potential job candidates, managing an applicant tracking system, and providing data reports on competitor analysis.
Responsibilities:
Provides thought partnership on talent mobility and development.
- Collaborates with business leaders to organize the corporate structure and human capital requirements.
- Shares key insights and improvements with corporate leaders based on HR data and metrics.
- Reporting activities to help leaders make improvements and sponsor new solutions for the company.
- Creates diversity awareness and provides an example of behaviors that create a culture of acceptance and inclusion.
- Drives the development of innovative and effective processes designed to increase colleague engagement.
Pay Range: TBD.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business and personnel management.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources management.
- Must be able to travel 30% of the time.
- Experience in creating manuals of operations.
- English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
The candidate should have retail and corporate experience.
- It is preferred that the candidate has experience in the health industry.
- The ability to understand metrics and drivers of business performance is required.
- A Masters Degree is preferred.
