The Trust Dental Care team offers a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced Bilingual Receptionist who can make a significant impact on our daily operations. This position is critical to our operations and the success of our business. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, and your role will be essential in providing excellent customer service and representing our company in a professional manner.
As a Bilingual Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds on a daily basis. You will be able to apply and improve your bilingual skills on a daily basis, communicating with people from different parts of the world. You will play a significant role in providing a positive impression of the company and you will have the opportunity to make a difference with your work every day.
Responsibilities:
- Administrate and do the Follow-up Agenda to second appointments to Clients.
- Control of Petty Cash, purchases of materials and Collection.
- Friendly, Empathetic and with a vocation for customer service.
- Service attitude, Resolute, like teamwork and be proactive.
- Management of the English language Advanced oral and written.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Completed degree.
- From 27 years onwards.
