Saliva can protect your teeth from harmful bacteria. So drinking water will remain safe your teeth as well.

Many times we say we are busy to justify that we don’t drink enough water a day.

But being busy with our daily projects is no excuse.

I used to make that same excuse before, but my kidneys started screaming loudly that they needed more water.

That same day, coming out from the doctor’s office I went and bought a lovely water container to carry it with me every day.

With this, I realized that I can take care of the environment at the same time.

Maybe there is not much impact on doing this because there are millions of people out there using plastic bottles every day.

But at least you’ll feel better to contribute to the Earth and the environment by bringing your own bottle everywhere.
